- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 6.30 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to $4500 Basic Salary + Commission (Gross $6000)**:

- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely debt collection and recovery.
- Conduct field visits to meet clients and negotiate settlements.
- Liaise with legal advisors to pursue legal action for debt recovery, when necessary.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes and discrepancies.
- Continuously improve the debt collection process by identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
- To do field collections (site visits) at debtors' premises, if necessary.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
