Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Operations Analyst / Field enginner to support our Media Owners operations. This is a very critical role that works as a link between our customers, our business, platform and engineering teams. Effectively the Operations analyst is a single point of interface with Media Owner tech teams. An Operations Analyst accomplishes business objectives by identifying and solving Media Owner information and processing problems. The person will be responsible for Product demos, developing Media owner business requirements, workflows, testing, operational fixes, and support and maintenance.

The role involves dealing with Edge devices like IOT and Media players deployed at various locations, cloud based sales automation, content management, and Operations dashboards, reports and interacting with a global team.
