**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Support the Head in academic and class administrative matters, which include the following:

- Teach students fundamentals of classical ballet such as posture, alignment, movement technique
- Observe students and gauge their progress to identify areas of improvement
- Choreograph and teach dance routines
- Determine appropriate class schedules and lesson plans for each class based on their individual levels
- Provide feedback to parents on their child’s progress and attendance record
- Choreograph for school performances and recitals
- Prepare students for competitions and shows
- Perform duties related to teaching/RAD examination as assigned by the Head

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma qualification and 2 years’ teaching experience in related discipline
- RAD Registered Teachers Status is preferred
- Positive, enthusiastic and results-oriented with the ability to engage students in their learning
- Good command of written and spoken English
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
