[What you will be working on]
- Conduct training sessions and assessments in Injection Moulding, Mechanical Design, and CNC EDM and Wirecut.
- Conceptualise and develop curriculum and eLearning content, to reflect the latest industry standards and technological advancements.
- Perform associated academic duties such as student mentoring, project supervision, and evaluation.
- Undertake administrative responsibilities such as course management, planning, organizing, and coordinating educational activities.
[What we are looking for]
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the Manufacturing or Precision Engineering industry.
- Proven expertise in Injection Moulding and related processes.
- Relevant qualifications in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- CAD / Mechanical Design (Siemens NX)
- CAD/CAM (Siemens NX / Unigraphics)
- Toolroom Machining (CNC EDM & Wirecut)
- Knowledge of injection moulding processes, materials, and machinery.
- Experience in setting up and operating injection moulding machines.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing injection moulding processes to ensure high-quality production.
- Familiarity with mould design and maintenance.
- Understanding of quality control measures and standards in injection moulding.
- Ability to interpret and analyse data to improve moulding processes and product quality.
