Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Aviation Management)

**[What you will be working on]**
- Conduct lectures, tutorials and student consultations which include the supervision of laboratory work and projects for full time and part time students
- Enhance the quality of lesson design and delivery (e.g. e-learning, self-directed learning etc.) through implementing appropriate teaching and learning strategies and methods
- Adopt the use of IT resources for facilitation (where applicable)
- Evaluate curriculum design, development, delivery, and assessment to enhance its effectiveness
- Stay current and responsive to changing trends in the profession and educational landscape through active engagement with industry and professional bodies/communities
- Address the diverse learning needs of students in class and ways to develop students’ potentials holistically through a range of interventions
- Tracking and maintenance of student attendance
- Involved in staff/student projects with industrial partners
- Supervise and manage students in Student Internship Programme (SIP)
- Supervise and manage students’ local and overseas study trips

**[What we are looking for]**
- Qualification in any disciplines
- At least 5 years of work experience in the aviation industry
- Competent and expected to teach in at least two of the following disciplines: air traffic management, air cargo management, airport operations and management, and airside operations and management
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate to share knowledge and interact with students
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and in meeting deadlines
