- Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customers' problems or issues.
- Respond to customers' inquiries and take necessary actions to address their needs. Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Compile customer feedback and suggestions to improve and develop service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Able to do rotating shift work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
