We are hiring a (Senior) HR Specialist who will report to Head of People & Culture. The incumbent will support the Head of People & Culture in leading the Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement functions for Crown Technologies and its subsidiary companies.
**Responsibilities****:
- **Talent Acquisition: Confident in sourcing and complete successful hiring of roles for the Company, including technical roles such as Full Stack Developers, Robotics** **Engineers, Industrial Designers, UI/UX Designers, etc.**:
- **Employee Engagement: Plan and implement quarterly engagement activities, eg.**:
- **Townhall & team-building recreation activities for the Company.**:
- **HR Generalist/ Administration: Able to manage the proper upkeep of employee p-** **files, employment records and other HR admin matters.**:
- **Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.**:
**Requirements****:
- **A recognized Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or similar.**:
- **Additional certifications e.g., IHRP, SHRM or CIPD advantageous.**:
- **Tech Recruiters with the ambition to take on a more extensive portfolio and growth are highly encouraged to apply.**:
- **Experience in a hyper-growth Tech/Start-up environment will be highly advantageous.**:
- **Must be hands-on and enjoys collaborating with others.**:
