Production Supervisor

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of production teams, ensuring targets and quality standards are met
  2. Monitoring production processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  3. Providing training and support to production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  4. Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams
  6. Drive Lean Manufacturing, 6S practices, and process improvements on the shop floor
  7. Liaising with other departments, such as logistics and quality control, to ensure seamless operations

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in the similar leadership role within the manufacturing, sheet metal, or electronics industries
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  3. Able to read engineering drawings and interpret technical specs
  4. Familiar with CNC machinery and tooling setup; experience with AMADA machines is an advantage
  5. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and problem-solving tools (e.g., root cause analysis)
