**Responsibilities**:

- Manage GL activities i.e. fixed asset registers, investments, prepayments, accruals, borrowing, payroll and etc;
- Quarterly GST preparation and submission;
- Preparation of monthly GL schedules;
- Responsible for inter-company and related transactions and balances;
- Supervise and review the works performed by AR and AP;
- Liaise with statutory bodies, banks, and other third-party business partners;
- Support implementation of new systems and process improvement projects;
- Attend to & resolve any discrepancies/ issues in a timely manner;
- All other duties assigned by Superior

**Requirements**:

- A degree/ diploma in accountancy or finance / ACCA with at least 3 years of accounting experience will be considered.
- Committed and willing to learn with good working attitude as training will be provided
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good understanding of tax regulations and accounting practices
- Advanced skills in Excel will be advantageous.
- Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and self-driven with a positive mindset
- Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting systems will be an added advantage
- Preferably to start work immediately or within short notice
