**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain and Update client database with client details and work details
- Respond to new enquiries, provide quotes and prepare engagements letter
- Liaise with clients and respond to their queries
- Send regular standard reminders to clients on compliance matters
- Assist Manager and Partner in work control and work triggers
- Assist audit team in administrative work and liaise with clients
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager or partner
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice
- Good interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Minimum of 1 year experience in client liaison
- Positive attitude and able to multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Hardworking, willing to learn and adaptable to change
- Familiar with marketing or Experience in accounting firm or in corporate secretarial firm will be an advantage
**QUALIFICATION**
- Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
