Our story began as a private hire car leasing company to address the needs of the new sharing economy led by Uber and Grab. Our core business has been leasing to ride hailing drivers and we grew our car fleet to one of the largest in Singapore in under 8 years. During this time, we have expanded our services to personal & corporate vehicle leasing, vehicle purchasing and financing.

Emerging strong from the Covid-19 period, Lumens is building for an exciting new era that brings in a wide range of merchants and individual consumers to our ecosystem. By owning a critical mass of vehicles and driver relationships, we are able to innovate on vehicle setup, driver upskilling & deployment, as well as technology and data capabilities to build mobility platform services that impact our everyday lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to Head/Deputy Head, Group Fleet Operations. The incumbent will be a key member of the Group Fleet Operations department, leading a team to manage the daily operations and reporting for Lumens Group. Partnering internal and external stakeholders closely, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing, developing, and implementing strategies to optimise fleet operations, enhance efficiency, cost-savings and compliance to support the company objectives.
- Responsible for leading the team and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of daily operations are run smoothly.
- Work closely with Sales Team and optimizes processes to ensure fleet availability.
- Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Lead the overall implementation of fleet maintenance regime/program for entire fleet.
- Upkeep all data and perform data analysis for fleet maintenance.
- Manage workshops, vendors, and suppliers to ensure Service Levels are being comply.
- Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery of excellence.
- Responsible for annual fleet-related budgeting and ensure all works carried out are within approved planned budget.
- Consistently explore and implement processes to improve daily operations efficiency and achieve cost-savings.
- Holding the teams to the highest standards - process discipline, accountability, and customer service.
- Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Provides regular reports/ presentations for management updating.
- Any ad-hoc projects/ taskings assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business-related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end processes of asset lifecycle phases for vehicular fleet, best practices, vehicle maintenance, motor insurance claims, procurement, and compliance.
- Strong leadership abilities, with track record of minimum five (5) years in a supervisory or management role, effectively managing teams and driving performance.
- A team player and problem-solver.
- Well versed in data analytic tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various management levels.
- Customer-focused and self-driven.
- Possesses Class 3/3A driving licence.
- Willing to commit 5.5 days work.
