**Responsibilities of the Research Executive**:

- Coordination with the Review Panel: Acting as the liaison between MSF and the Review Panel, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Submission Management: Collecting, organising, and maintaining all conference submissions, ensuring their accessibility to reviewers and the Review Panel.
- Reviewer Coordination: Distributing submissions among the designated reviewers, monitoring the review process, and compiling feedback for decision-making purposes.
- Moderator Coordination: Assisting with the identification, invitation, and communication with moderators for the concurrent sessions at the conference.
- Participant Engagement: Engaging with potential participants, encouraging them to submit their work, register for the conference, and answer any queries related to participation.
- Administrative Support: Handling all administrative tasks associated with the conference, including record-keeping, documentation, poster designing, and any other tasks required to ensure the conference's success.
- Post-conference task: assisting with any post-conference tasks (reporting, publication).

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum degree in related Social Science disciplines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Research analysis using statistical software; and
- Independent in managing and executing projects and work tasks
