**Position Summary**:
The Director, of APAC FP&A will report to the VP of Global FP&A. The position will be responsible for developing, communicating, and reporting on operating metrics that will drive business unit performance including revenue, margin, EBITDA, and cash flow. The incumbent will provide APAC senior leadership with insight and recommendations that will maximize profitability and cash flow, while establishing relationships within the business that promote idea sharing, elimination of redundancy, establishment of common goals, and results in maximization of profitability for the company. Will also be responsible for forecasting likely outcomes for the business. The position will support the entire APAC region for the Relocation, Moving Services and COE entities and have a detailed understanding of the businesses.

Functions and Responsibilities
30% - Monthly Close Process and Operating Reviews
- Assist the accounting group as required to complete monthly close
- Continually work on process improvement to increase timeliness and accuracy
- Communicate P&L understanding to leaders every month
- Document variance analysis vs. plan, forecast and prior periods
- Generate timely and accurate Financial/operational reporting to senior leadership with a focus on explaining why the variances occurred in addition to what they are
- Facilitate monthly Financial reviews at the program level and review results with program managers and senior leadership
- Identify exposure and opportunities to enhance profit and improve cash flow within the business unit
- Development of improved customer, product and manager profitability reporting
- Continually develop reports and analysis to improve overall business understanding

20% - Forecasting Process
- Establish a forecasting process including templates, timetable and ongoing communication that encompass all income statement line items
- Develop models that provide accurate forecasts
- Understand existing operational dashboards and processes that can be leveraged
- Measure variances and establish forecast accuracy criteria
- Work alongside the Accounting team to understand potential anomalies in business results

20% - Budgeting Process
- Complete detailed annual budgets for the business units the position supports
- Establish budget process including templates, timetable and ongoing communication that encompass all income statement line items
- Document and communicate all key assumptions
- Diligently work with program managers and key leadership within the business unit
- Finalize measurable goals and commitments within multiple levels of the business unit

10% - Supervision of Finance staff
- Oversee (coaches, mentors and directs) a direct staff of 2-3
- Set appropriate goals and objectives for staff
- Organize team in a manner that best supports Ops, Sales and Acct Mgmt structures

10% - Create Consistent Reporting and Processes between ASIA and AUNZ entities
- Look for areas where consistencies can be implemented to promote staffing efficiencies and support of business leaders

10% - Adhoc Analysis and Special Projects
- Complete adhoc analyses as requested by the business leaders or from own ideas
