Singapore BAN CHOON MARKETING PTE LTD Full time

Responsible for timely collection from customers; delinquent customers are blocked on timely basis and credit notes are authorized with proper supporting documents.
- Liaise with sales in performing credit review of customers based on latest market intelligence and payment history.
- Check the supporting documents for the issuance of credit notes. Follow up with Customer Service/Sales for any selling price discrepancies.
- Ensure that the invoices are uploaded to the customers’ portal on timely basis for collection.
- Follow up with Customer Service team on the posting of sales invoices (proforma invoices delivered).
- Download debit notes from customers’ portal for issuance of credit notes.
- Perform reconciliation with customers’ record and handle customers’ queries and request for certified true copies.
- Perform credit management functions such as credit release; prepare and send the statement of accounts and aged reports to sales and customers for collection.
- Applied customers’ receipts on timely basis.
- Follow up with sales/customers on collection.
- Liaise with third party collection agency, if required.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Certified Accounting Technician or Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ work experience in FMCG or related industry.
- Proficient in Navision or ERP accounting software is a plus.
- A meticulous and detailed person who has good interpersonal skills.
