Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in sales or support operations

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience managing extended workforce sales development, vendor operations, or support operations in inbound and outbound calling/chat operations
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), including experience with Salesforce
- Ability to translate analysis and insights into actionable business plans
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and project management skills

**About the job**:
In this role, you will help grow and scale the business and manage the full lifecycle of relationships with our vendors, including business development ramp and on-going performance management, that drive qualified opportunities for the regional business and channel teams. You will partner with regional marketing, business, and scaled acquisition leads across regions to drive global standard best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day interactions with our APAC vendor and drive key engagements in areas such as staffing, onboarding, management of Statements of Work, performance management of business development representatives, and regular business reviews.
- Be responsible for driving marketing lead performance across various inbound and outbound channels.
- Ensure procedural excellence by developing documentation and reinforcing standards with vendor leadership.
- Build productive relationships with internal Marketing leaders to provide insights and ensure a feedback loop.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators for conversion, opportunities, pipeline, and service-level agreements, while ensuring vendor representatives have the product and tool knowledge to be successful.
