Trainer and Program Manager, Chrome Os

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience delivering classroom training to sales and technical teams.
- Experience with enterprise and education technology sales processes (e.g., solutions, multi-stakeholder, procurement process, etc.).
- Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa fluently to engage with English and Bahasa speaking partners.

Preferred qualifications:

- 2 years of experience with cloud and/or hardware/operating systems (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Chrome OS, etc.).
- Experience in building and executing global sales enablement programs.
- Experience increasing business and working with enterprise customers, including C-level executives, on strategic technology directions.
- Understanding of cloud technology, Chrome OS, competitor landscape, differentiation, and business drivers.
- Solid program and project management skills, with the ability to strategize and use broad concepts and insight to effectively develop and execute structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics.

**About the job**:
The Commercial Channels team focuses on promoting Chrome OS powered devices to enterprise and education customers via leading partners. Our team is responsible for developing and managing partnerships, including defining channel strategy and joint go-to-market plans, and executing against those with the aim to grow overall market share in the enterprise and education space. We work with Partner Sales Engineering, Marketing, Education, and Enterprise Sales, as well as consumer channel teams internally.

As a Partner Trainer and Program Manager, you will deliver business training and enablement programs to partners who sell Chrome OS to enterprise and education customers. In this role, you will primarily deliver instructor-led training, whether in-person or virtual. In addition to training, you will work with the local Google partner managers to identify key-stakeholders at partners, clearly communicating the value of all training programs, and securing commitment from the partner to complete instructor-led, on-demand, and online training programs.

You’ll execute in your regional market, track the success of those efforts, and also work closely with the central Training and Enablement team for global consistency in delivery and excellence. You’ll represent the Chrome OS Partner Training and Enablement team to the partner as you deliver training and work to influence partners’ training strategy with Chrome OS.

You will travel approximately 50% of the time, depending on business priorities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver instructor-led courses created by the central Training and Enablement team to partners, and create and deliver region-specific instructor-led or on-demand training content as needed.
- Support the central Training and Enablement team with the creation of new courses, and provide continuous feedback on existing courses.
- Understand all training and enablement offerings (e.g., instructor-led, on-demand, e-learning) in-depth, and regularly present the offerings to partners with the goal of increasing partner participation.
- Participate regularly in in-person and virtual teach-backs with the central Training and Enablement team to ensure trainer readiness and excellence in delivery.
- Schedule local training sessions, facilitate completion of post-training participant surveys, and report survey results to proper stakeholders daily, quarterly, and annually.
