Job Description

**Responsibilities**:
Plan and implement social media strategies and campaigns across digital platforms to achieve Company's objectives and drive consumer engagement
Generate content for social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube etc.
Launch optimised online adverts through Facebook, Instagram etc. to increase product and brand awareness
Manage product listings on digital platforms Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.
Maintain the social media calendar and publish content in a timely manner
Handle comments, inquiries and feedback on social media platforms promptly in a professional manner
Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on social media metrics
Identify social media trends, topics, hashtags and new functions to improve and grow our brands' social media presence
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals
Provide support for the marketing department and perform ad-hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
Experience with managing social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc
Well-versed in both traditional and digital marketing concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work within deadlines with good time management skills
Self-driven with a positive learning attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Canva Pro or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign will be an advantage
