Mana Impact is a boutique impact investment advisory firm based in Singapore. Our mission is to channel financial capital to catalyze a circular and regenerative economic system, focusing in the areas of ocean health, as well as food and agriculture. We work with family offices, corporates, international development organizations, investment funds and individuals to define their impact strategy, originate deal flow, measure impact, and manage their portfolio.

**The role**

Mana Impact is seeking an enthusiastic and diligent **Investment Manager **to lead investments, as well as external consulting projects. This role requires a versatile professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. We are looking for someone with a proven track-record in the following areas:
**Investment Acumen**: Originate and source impact deal flow, conduct market analysis, and due diligence across asset classes (primarily private equity and private debt) with a focus on early-stage companies.

**Financial Analysis**: Develop detailed financial models, create investment memos, and present data-driven recommendations to investment committees.

**Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting**: Track financial, impact, and risk metrics for client portfolios, delivering detailed performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

**Project Management**: Lead diverse projects in nature, biodiversity, and the circular economy, including impact investments, impact framework development, fund establishment, and market research.

**Network and Relationship Management**: Collaborate with our extensive network of clients, advisors, and partners to drive impactful results.

**Role Description**
