**The Role**
We are looking for an intelligent, energetic, confident and versatile individual who is willing to work hard, enjoy the freedom and flexibility of a part-time position and yet be involved in a fast growing, innovative and internationally focussed business.
As our Office Administrator you will be responsible for supporting EverEdge’s global team across our offices in New Zealand, Singapore, Australia and the United States to deliver great outcomes for our clients. From supporting the Executive Leadership Team, to coordinating meetings, managing data, interacting with clients and managing logistics you will find the fast paced, extroverted environment of EverEdge highly rewarding.
You will need to be a person who is superbly organised, systematic in your work, highly proactive, with the ability to manage your time effectively, along with excellent communication skills.
You’ll need to have drive, enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills. You will need to be a strong user of the Microsoft suite, be able to provide timely and accurate work and be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time while ensuring nothing gets past you. Finally you should have ability to always be one step ahead of what is required and have the confidence to make decisions and take ownership.

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong office administration experience (3+ years).
- Initiative is critical.
- Decisive and proactive.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve.
- Executive Assistant experience.
- Ability to support multiple stakeholders while ensuring tasks are never left to drop.
- Professional with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Reliable, flexible and extremely well-organised.
- Confident with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have a good sense of humour and enjoy working in a busy, challenging environment
**Location and Hours**
This role will initially start as a part-time position of between 20-30 hours per week, based at our office Singapore. There is a high degree of flexibility in your hours and days. Depending on the workload and progression of the role, this may be developed into a full time position.
