About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Director of Professional Services APAC, you will lead a team of Engagement Managers based across APAC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coaching and supporting Engagement Managers. This includes definition of career development plans, completing enabling performance and holding regular catch ups
- Driving and tracking key account growth through supporting the Engagement managers with defining and executing account plans
- Driving a common strategy holistically across our customer verticals. This include consistent use of features, end customer adoption of the product. Driving value add to ensure all key targets and objectives are met
- Building and managing relationships with key customer senior stakeholders as a industry expert/ trusted advisor and point of escalation
- Collaborating with key account customers to identify and address strategic issues, operational requirements and growth areas
- Partnering with internal teams such as sales and customer success. Drive initiatives, identifying and developing new opportunities by having a competent understanding of the core product and services
- Defining and drives processes and consistency for customer engagements and deliverables
- Adding value by proactively identifying and mitigating risks, providing innovative solutions and recommendations quickly and efficiently. Provides feedback and knowledge gained from accounts to improve the product and services

**Requirements**:

- Have Fraud and Identity domain expertise within the banking and financial services industry
- Be an experienced people manager and team leader
- Have experience driving strategy holistically within and across verticals
- Be able to prioritizes, supports and oversees team workload and deliverables
- Have good experience in key account planning
- Have experience in customer requirements for upsell opportunities of LNRS products, features and services
