**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management & Communication**:

- Assist the Relationship Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing timely support.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including Sales, Compliance, and Operations, to deliver seamless service and support to clients.

**Client Onboarding**:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including collecting required documentation, verifying identity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

**Document Checks and Completion**:

- Collating and ensuring documents are submitted according to our checklist and most importantly completing the necessary documents on behalf of our clients.

**UAT & Support**:

- Assist and train clients in the use of MetaComp’s systems for their trading/investment/fund management activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to test systems and provide feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about cryptocurrency markets, industry trends, and regulatory developments to provide clients with accurate information and insights.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, and assist in monitoring and reporting any suspicious activities or transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of Assistant Relationship Manager experience or Prior experience in client relationship management, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cryptocurrencies (e.g., KYC, AML) is a plus.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin for communication with internal English and Chinese speakings stakeholders.

Please note that salary will commensurate with experience.
