**The Role**
**You will be responsible for**:
- Business Training and CPB Asia Stakeholders and the markets’ CPB teams for implementation of Regional & Global CGW - CPB Staff Business Training & Certifications and Sales Engagement Programs.
Job Background/Context:
- This role is responsible for implementing strategic CPB Asia - Staff Business Training & Internal Certifications programs (including CPB - Fast Track Onboarding Training & Certification program, Citi - Wharton Training Programs, Regional CGW Upskilling & mandatory branch staff training & certification programs ) across Citi Private Bank - Asia markets.
- The role is under the supervision & support of the Regional CGW Asia - S&D Frontline Sales Engagements and Staff Training & Certification Team in its regional initiatives to support Citi Global Wealth’s CPB teams in Asia.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Regional S&D - CGW Frontline Staff Business Training & Certifications Program Manager / Training Specialist
- Lead end-to-end implementation of CGW Asia’s - FAST TRACK Onboarding Training & Certification Program to equip and enable the New Hires Private Bankers, Associate Bankers and other identified CPB Staff in Asia;
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Citi - Wharton Training Programs in CPB teams in Asia;
- Partner and collaborate with Global, Regional and Country CPB stakeholders in the identification of participants and implementation of all the Citi Global Wealth and Citi Private Bank Business Training programs identified to support CPB in achieving its strategic/business goals;
- Partner and collaborate with Regional & Global Citi HR L&D and Citi-vendors (eg. Wharton Faculty, Degreed, Coursera, etc.) on implementation of Citi collaboration training programs;
- Provide regular Communications, MIS and Training Progress Reports to global, regional & markets stakeholders.
**Ideal Profile**
**Qualification and Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Business Training & Development and Staff Engagement Program Management.
- Strong Interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to work through developing partnerships across various X-functional teams including global, regional & markets
**Knowledge/Experience/Technical skills**:
- 5+ years of professional experiences related to this role;
- Experience, exposure & expertise in leading, developing and implementing employees training and development programs specifically business/technical competences in Wealth
- Management & Private Banking;
- Experience & exposure working with a global private baking and wealth management banking client engagements,
- products, processes and platforms would be an advantage;
- Experience in using digital learning platform tools and remote staff engagement platforms and capabilities.
