**We are a logistics courier delivery company based in Toh Guan Road, Jurong.**

**We are expanding and looking to hire additional Warehouse Operation Manager. He/ She will be working together with existing Warehouse Manager and reporting to the Group Lead.
**Responsibilities**:

- Providing day-to-day management of the warehouse, inventory management and logistics functions in conjunction with Warehouse Operations Manager & Group Lead
- Warehouse Operational manpower scheduling and reassignments.
- Managing training of new operations staff in warehouse
- Ensuring high productivity by monitoring attendance, leaves and performance of staff
- Lead, implement and execution of plans in line with management objectives.
- Ensuring of compliance, integrity and quality in established procedures and specifications.
- Conflict management; mediation and resolving of conflicts.
- Analyze Operational KPIs and quality control.
- Identify performances and actions needed to improve or correct performance.
- Delegation, setting of expectations and monitoring of progress in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- **At least 4 year(s) of working experience in logistic/warehouse **or related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge in Logistics Operation and Transportation Management.
- **Strong people management skills.**:

- **Will lead a team of warehouse staff in their daily duties.**:

- Able to work in a team and independently.

**Remuneration**:

- Basic Salary: Starting from $3,000 to $4,000, depending on work experience.
- Mobile Allowance: $2.80/working day
- Attendance Incentive: $200 monthly for good attendance (No lateness or absences)
- Performance Incentive: $100 monthly depends on performance appraisal
- Meal Allowance: $10 for overtime exceeding 2hrs
- 12 days Annual Leave per year
- Standard Sick Leave & Hospitalization & Child Care Leave entitlements
- Quarterly Appraisals tied to salary reviews

**Working Hours: 5.5 days**
- Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Saturday: 9am - 1pm
- **Able to start within a short notice will be an added advantage.
