**Position Overview**:As the Logistics Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including managing inventory, optimizing logistics processes, and leading a team of warehouse staff. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall supply chain and meet the company’s operational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping of products.
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing efficiently.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage practices to ensure maximum space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and system updates.
- Develop and implement best practices for inventory control, order processing, and material handling.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Establish and enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and improve warehouse productivity, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to warehouse performance, including KPIs, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve operational issues, including inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipping delays, in a timely manner.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Lead initiatives to improve warehouse processes, such as implementing new technologies or systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager, or in a similar leadership role within warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret warehouse performance data and KPIs.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with warehouse management software.
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse machinery is preferred.
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
