Logistics Administrator (for a European MNC)

**Responsibilities**:
Order Fulfillment
- Review MRP proposal and place purchase orders to respective vendors
- Follow up with vendor on order confirmation and shipment date, ensures correct reflection of order availability on SAP (AB/LA)
- Co-ordinate closely with warehouse personnel or shipping asst to ensure that orders are shipped on time with the right quantity and quality
- Handle all enquiries on products, price, availability & lead-time

Inventory Management
- Create and maintain material master, vendor master, pricing info records in SAP
- Review and propose stock level on a quarterly basis with product owner.
- Monitor inventory level and consumption history to identify Slow moving or obsolete products - review ROP to avoid stock obsolescence
- Keep track of Consignment/Loan/Rental units
- Keep track of forecast, demand & delivery schedule requirements

Other Administrative matters
- Assists in annual external audit and internal audit support.
- Assist warehouse supervisor in stock take activities

**Requirements**:

- Degree in relevant discipline with at least 2 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain
