As a **Logistics Operations Executive**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient movement of goods within our supply chain. You will oversee daily logistics operations, manage inventory, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Coordination**:Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to optimize routes and reduce downtime.
Monitor the fleet and drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Troubleshoot delivery challenges and resolve issues promptly.
- **Inventory Management**:Oversee stock levels in warehouses and cold storage facilities.
Ensure proper documentation of goods received and dispatched.
Perform periodic stock checks to reconcile inventory records.
- **Team Supervision**:Liaise with drivers, attendants, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Provide guidance to the logistics team and monitor their performance.
Foster a safe and positive working environment.
- **Compliance & Safety**:Enforce workplace safety standards, including the proper use of PPE and safe handling of goods.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., vehicle maintenance, workplace safety).
- **Administrative Duties**:Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including delivery notes and vehicle logs.
Generate reports on key performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery rates, inventory accuracy).
Manage customer inquiries and provide updates on delivery statuses.

**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of cold chain logistics (preferred but not mandatory).

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.

**Other Requirements**:

- Familiarity with Singapore’s road network and delivery regulations.
- Physically fit to manage occasional on-site checks or support.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, if required.
