**Job Description**:

- Identifies and creates new business lending opportunities and partnerships related to forwarding the organization’s mission of community stabilization and economic development.
- Directs and manages all facets of the Lending activities and ensures attainment of department goals.
- Designs and executes an outreach and marketing plan that results in a significant increase in customer leads and conversions.
- Further enhancing the KP brand through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Takes the lead in ensuring full compliance and adherence to licenses related to lending operations including ISO and OJK audits.
- Works with potential partners to expand the availability of cash loans and other lending resources available to lending customers.
- Works closely with the Accounting Department to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the loan book and ensure that enough funds are available.
- Be comfortably managing teams and organizations towards shared goals and strategies. Also, employ critical thinking to make decisions that benefit the company and its targets.

Job Requirement
- Min 10yrs in the Finance industry, Proven experience as GM or other managerial position
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
- Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred
