Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
**Responsibilities**
- Gain a good knowledge and understanding of finance operations business process, user needs and requirements;
- Ensure finance-related requirements are translated into well-defined EPICs with clear acceptance criteria, initiatives, effective prioritization of features and functionality;
- Collaborate with departments to design, build and launch digital telco products and services including product enhancements;
- Liaise with partner and vendors on finance requirements to enhance system for process improvements including production incidents on priority affecting customers;
- Support User Acceptance Testing of products and services in accordance with sprint release;
- Participate in standup meetings and presentations; and
- Provide assistance and support as and when required by the supervisor, such as data verification and analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration or IT discipline;
- 8 - 10 years’ experience working in Finance areas such as billing, payments, dunning. Past audit experience will be considered;
- B2C and B2B background is required;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical, detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills;
- Experience in Agile would be an advantage;
- Able to work under pressure and tight project timelines; and
- This role may be required to work occasionally on weekends.
