You will embark on a great journey with excellent career development opportunities in a global organization. As **Operations Officer **you are responsible for the operational functions in Singapore. This includes stowage coordination, husbandry functions like crew change, immigration clearance, cash advances, other vessels’ requirements, and general operations such as arranging for clearance and delivery of ship spares, ensuring timely bunker replenishment, coordinating and finalising vessel’s schedule with the Terminal. The key objective of the Operations Department is to ensure an efficient and cost-effective operations process when vessels call Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities would be the husbandry functions such as vessel schedule & Berth Arrangement, crew change, immigration clearance, cash advances, arrangement of freshwater analysis, waste disposal service, ship stores, vessel repair and any other vessels’ requirements.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Responsible for the husbandry functions such as crew change, immigration clearance, cash advances, arrangement of freshwater analysis, waste disposal service and any other vessels’ requirements.
- Providing vessels with Port Entry Instruction
- Arranging Immigration Clearance for vessels arriving and departing Singapore via the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA) Crew System
- Arranging vessel requirements such as Medical for Crew, Fresh Water, Cash Advance, and any other requirements
- Arranging for crew change (Sign On / Sign Off)
- Declaration of vessels for both Arrival and Departure to Port Authority
- Coordinating bunker supply schedule with barge operators
- Berth Application in Portnet

**QUALIFICATIONS**
