**Job Title**: Sales Manager - APAC Region

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Farming (50%)**:Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client portfolio.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients are fully supported throughout the sales lifecycle.
- **Hunting (50%)**:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the APAC region, with a focus on defense clients and land forces.
Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations.
Craft and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids to secure new contracts.
Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings to position solutions effectively in the market.

**Products**:
The Sales Manager will focus on selling a range of advanced defense technologies, with a core focus on:

- Inertial navigation systems for land forces
- Gyroscopes and accelerometers
- Positioning and heading systems
- Tactical-grade navigation solutions for harsh environments

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales within the defense or military technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the APAC defense market and land forces.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet ambitious sales targets, and build strong client relationships.
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%) within the APAC region.
- Based in Singapore.
