**Job Description**:
**The Role**
The Telecommunications & IoT Solutions Architect can present world-class solutions utilizing the company’s innovative product and extensive experience, and stays up-to-date with industry trends. This resilient and effective solutions architect must be able to work in a fast-paced industry and deal with tight deadlines.

**How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success**
- Leads complex engagements and works directly with project teams to develop budgets, timelines and manage expectations.
- Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements based on business process analysis and requirement.
- Provide technical expertise and coordination to support the development and customization of complex systems solution to address business requirements.
- Develop detailed design documentation strategy based on established Telco and IoT standard practices.
- Research, identify, and recommend technology options.
- Support projects and teams in the execution and deployment phase.
- Provide regular project engineering milestone status updates.
- Maintain expertise in the industry through ongoing review of publications, participation in industry trade shows, seminars, and educational forums.
- Drive all aspects of successful Proof of Concepts from requirements and design to training and delivery
- Support partners by conducting joint end user meetings, technical proofs, seminars, education, presentations, and demonstrations.

**Qualifications**:
**We think you’ll fit in great with us if you**:

- Degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science or equivalent qualifications with at least 3 years’ experience in a technical position in the Communications/Network or Information Technology related industry.
- Those with CCNA/CCNP/CCIP certification would have an advantage.
- Knowledge of telecommunications related technologies and services such as SDWAN (e.g. Velocloud, Silver Peak), NFV, MPLS, Internet, SIP, Cloud access, wireless/5G technology, networking equipment etc.
- Technically Savvy. You don't shy away from opportunities to get into technology - and you can learn it quickly.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. You love the idea of sharing the Tableau story.
- Problem Solver. You love tackling the most difficult of challenges and know how to get to the best solution.
- Experienced. 5 or more years' experience in a Sales Engineer/ Sales Consulting role.
- Collaborative mindset and prepared to work with marketing, sales, engineering and project management teams and drive projects across teams.
- Intellectual curiosity. The ability to research and understand highly complex concepts quickly.
- +5 years of demonstrated experience, demonstrating a working knowledge and experience of AI, IOT and custom development with deep understanding of various communication techniques for devices as well as sensors and hardware solutions to address specific needs
- You have an understanding and experience with Data Science, AI, IoT, and Intelligent Automation principles
- You’ve had exposure across multiple industries (Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, etc.)
- Strong customer centric mindset and Proactive sense of urgency and 'can do' attitude
