**Overview of job**

We are currently looking for a BCC Admin Executive to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the regional media team on a global client, based out of Singapore. You will be focused in supporting the reconciliation of the markets’ actual media spend against foretasted, keying the media expenses into our media system with proper documentation, and communicating with the local markets, client and finance department to resolve billing and collection issues.

This role reports to: Finance Manager

**In this role, your goals will be**:
**In three months**:

- To be able to reduce the current unbilled items fully
- To be able to assist in billing all the media expenses to-date
- Proactively consider new ways to smooth out the process
**What your day job looks like**:

- Working with various stakeholders (local markets, SG fast hub media team, Finance team and clients) in getting the relevant information to bill the media expenses
- Tracking actual media expenses (based on media owners’ invoices) against plan media expenses and line items on PO
- BMD entries keying in to system
**What you’ll bring**:

- Be a team player as you will need to work with various stakeholders. Be able to communicate confidently
- Be enthusiastic and proactive, independent, and strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of excel
- Comfortable with numbers and volume of activities
