**Overview of the job**

The Senior Ad Ops Executive works closely with GroupM Agency Planners, GroupM Nexus Campaign Delivery, Buying and Reporting teams and other GroupM divisions to effectively execute and deliver digital campaigns (biddable and non-biddable) through use of third-party tracking technologies and solutions.

**Responsibilities of the role**

The GroupM Nexus team adopt a collaborative and customer-centric approach in delivering high value and innovative solutions for our Agencies and Agencies' clients including the activation and execution of dynamic media campaigns.

The Ad Ops team addresses all technical specifications across material requisitions, handling of creative assets and tracking requirements (e.g. pixels and media tags) across biddable and non-biddable digital activities.
- Effectively prepare all biddable and non-biddable campaigns performed by the team, which includes:

- Independently set up campaign, Ad Trafficking, Ad Management of all online advertising campaigns
- Deliver timely all creative materials and compliance requirements with platform specifications (i.e. AdSpec)
- Manage systems and tools independently (e.g. Symphony, Sizmek, Double Click Manager)
- Ensure all tags are accurately executed and data is harvested correctly
- Provide necessary technical support for GroupM Agency planners and GroupM Nexus teams
- Learn new tools and delivery technologies to maximize campaign performance and measurement (including use of DCO and equivalent tech platforms)
- Resolve any queries around data discrepancy from a technical perspective
- Liaise with parties within the digital spectrum for effective campaign delivery such a creative agencies, digital publishers, system specialists (i.e. DCM, Sizmek), reputable third-party Adtech companies and vendors (i.e. BAV and DCO partners)
- Any other tasks or projects assigned from time to time
**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in disciplines as STEM, Digital Advertising/Media, Business Studies, Mass Communications or relevant experience
- Effective communication, analytical skills and ability to successfully adapt to fast changing environment
- Passionate about digital media and technology and eager to keep learning
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A team player demonstrated by the ability to receive and provide feedback professionally, thrive and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
- Experience in digital marketing or knowledge of digital media landscape is a plus
- Good knowledge and understanding of analytics techniques
- Interest in discovering insights from post campaign data
- Efficient, organized, results driven
