**Job Content**

1. Design and develop mechanical and electrical systems, circuits and components for various project.

2. Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements, specifications and project objectives.

3. Create mechanical and electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical specifications.

4. Conduct detailed calculations and simulations to ensure the functionality, efficiency and safety of mechanical and electrical designs.

5. Select appropriate mechanical and electrical component such as motor, reducer, bearing, mechanical parts, transformers and control devices based on project requirements and technical specifications.

6. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulations throughout the design process.

7. Participate in design reviews and meetings to present and discuss mechanical and electrical design concepts and progress.

8. Liaise with professional parties and/or relevant authorizes on planning submission.

9. Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices in mechanical and electrical design engineering.

10. Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

2. Applies knowledge and skills when carry out assigned task, Describing consequences and completing tasks and Identifying improvements.

3. Follows ZPMC and regulatory requirements in all assigned tasks.

**Skills/Qualifications/Training**

**Must have**:
1. Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with more than 3 years’ experience, or secondary education with more than 5 years’ experience in related field

2. Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical and electrical (Power LV and MV) and control systems

3. Proficient in using AutoCAD or similar for mechanical and electrical connection drawings

4. Able to interpret mechanical drawing, service/repair manuals and or diagrams / schematics

5. Communicating effectively with others

6. Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes

7. Team player, confident and pro-active

8. Articulate and focussed
