**R&D Operations Assistant**

**West Singapore, Singapore**

Reporting to the R&D Senior Operations Associate, you’ll be responsible for products once they are launched on the market. The teams are based around the globe, working closely with R&D category development teams, supply, procurement, and commercial teams to identify and deliver projects to protect the existing business in addition to increasing the profitability of our products through cost-saving programs.

The role of the R&D Operations Assistant is to implement functional specific work associated with infant and child nutrition projects and portfolios, supporting the delivery of projects and solving technical problems. The assistant is responsible for executing work on specific projects and delivering against team KPIs.
- Support laboratory leadership to maintain working standards
- Execute support work to a project/s.
- Support such as data consolidation, PO creation/ handling, project cost-related tracking would be required to maintain a designated range of products with the key goal of protecting the business through the delivery of compliance programs and supply service maintenance as well as the implementation of cost-saving initiatives to increase the profitability.
