Operations Director

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the manufacturing department, including production, equipment, process, etc., to ensure that the operations of the division are in line with the company's strategy, and accountable for operational performance;
- Lead S&OP department, including project management, PMC, executive procurement, warehouse and other teams, formulate capacity planning according to market planning and product planning, track and output operational data, ensure the implementation and implementation of group strategy and divisional strategy;
- Lead the R&D focuesed NPI team to manage and review the R&D results of the process engineers to ensure compliance with the process requirements.
- Conduct management audit of equipment management and improvement work performed by equipment engineers to ensure responsible operating standards.
- Responsible for managing operating costs, and promoting sales and gross margin targets.
- Responsible for team training, operation system talent gradient construction, personnel training and effective management of team members.
**Requirements**:
- Full-time bachelor degree, more than 10 years of working experience, at least 5 years of management experience in manufacturing department, more than 3 years of semiconductor packaging industry experience;
- Experience in project management, PMC, supply chain management, semiconductor packaging process, production management and requires expert level understanding of at least 3 of these areas;
- Good communication and coordination skills and business thinking, goal oriented.
