**Roles & Responsibilities**
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and operational support for the church.
Ensure and track inventory of church flyers, ministry literature and church office resources such as tracts, books, CDs, DVDs, T- shirts, disciples’ books, devotional books, bibles etc.
Update the sermons and ROLC Website and Facebook weekly.
Update, print and distribute church bulletin week
Ensure beverages and Holy Communion are ready for Sunday Service and events.
Ensure the cleanliness and operational readiness of the church premises, office space and equipment.
Liaise with contractor for any services, renovation or maintenance works.
Support any other task assigned by Administrator, Pastor or Elders
