**Position**:_Associate Producer (MCR Operations)**Purpose**:This Position plays a critical multitasking role in ensuring Smooth On-air transmission and provide Technical support to ensure Live/Commercials must run as scheduled. Overall Purpose of this role is to line Produce LIVE Sports and MCR Operations involved in a wide range of duties from operating Graphics to maintaining commercial durations within Government regulations during LIVE Transmission.

**Education**:ITE / GCE O / Diploma in Engineering / Computer-related field

**Experience**:2-5 years of experience**Reporting Relationship**:_Manager - Broadcast Production (Sports)**Business/Channel/Function**:Broadcast Operations & Network Engineering

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing On-air presentation of Sports channels in the Sony Pictures Networks India channels in the Asia region.
- Monitoring Live feed for Video and Audio discrepancies if any.
- Perform recovery procedures to maintain seamless LIVE transmission.
- Implementation of contingency programs and recovery plans where necessary.
- Must demonstrate the ability to carry out duties in a professional manner and take ownership of channels when on duty.
- Managing/adjusting logs after Live to ensure accurate schedule carried on as per programming requirements.
- Operating Intuition XG for Graphics playout to meet Sales and Programming requirements.
- Liaison with Service Providers/Down linkers, Scheduling, Sales and Creative Team

**Critical Competencies**:

- Basic understanding of television production with interest in Sports Broadcasting.
- Previous MCR experience ideally in a live television operation. A firm understanding of the Live Broadcast process. Comprehensive Live broadcast training will be provided for successful applicant.
- Be able to work on weekends and overnight when required for LIVE transmission in a fast-paced sports production environment.
- Team player and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Experience in working in a culturally diverse organization and must support the values held by our employers.
