Officer, Broadcasting

We are looking for a passionate and professional Officer to join our Broadcasting team.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative support for the Broadcast Operations Department.

**What You'll Do**
- You will provide administrative support for the Broadcast Operations Department on operations, regulatory, procurement and financial processes.
- You will Liaising with third party contribution circuit suppliers, as well as with internal stakeholders.
- You will manage all documentation and agreements related to the planning and monitoring all incoming video feeds via satellite/fiber or IP.
- You will provide support in systems testing as and when required, provide operations support (layover graphics, pre-post production in live/delayed streaming) during live lottery draws and in pre/post production works in the daily broadcast operations and broadcast duties.
- You will support simple Broadcast Operations as directed by the Studio Operations officer.
- You will handle all documentation and support the filming of the Lottery Draw process and /or Sports telecast.
- You will support the process of sourcing, executing and managing contractual agreements in Broadcasting department and track the section’s contract management process closely to ensure deliverables to customers and other stakeholders with zero/mínimal lapses.
- You will keep up to date with market developments in the wagering, lottery and sport industries around the world so as to identify and evaluate new or evolving yet appropriate broadcasting strategies for SPPL product offerings.
- You will support the preparation and tracking of department’s annual budget, and to ensure the section operates within approved budget parameters.
- You will support the administrative function of the Broadcasting department and ensure all SOPs and processes are updated and adhered to in the course of work.
- You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand, develop and execute joint projects/plans to ensure broadcasting optimization and delivery so as to achieve strategic KPIs.
- You will prepare regulatory and presentations submission materials to support the Broadcast Departments.
- You will manage all documentation related to the Broadcast Departments.

**Who You Are**
- You will need minimum higher NITEC/ Diploma in Film/Mass Communications/Film, Sound & Video/Media Production or related.
- You will need at least 3 years of working experience dealing with broadcast operations, videography and video editing.
- Knowledge and experience in live-streaming pre/post production is an advantage.
- Knowledge of horse racing, sports and/or lottery industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Cinema 4D, FCP and Avid. Final Cut Pro, Sony Vegas Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and After Effects, among others is an advantage.
- You should have good interpersonal and negotiation mindset and skills.
- You should have strong administrative and project management documentation skills.
- You should be a good team player with a positive attitude.
- You should be able to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and PH, to provide 24/7 support.
