**Job Overview**:
BNF Industries Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Shipping Logistics Executive to oversee and coordinate the timely and efficient shipping and delivery of products. In this role, you will manage shipping schedules, ensure proper documentation, address any discrepancies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth supply chain. Your role will be critical in ensuring the effective movement of industrial gases and other products in our supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the shipping and delivery of products, ensuring adherence to schedules and accurate tracking of shipments.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to arrange shipments, track their progress, and provide updates on delivery statuses.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform required customs declarations and clearance procedures efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
- Address any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, such as delays, damage, or missing goods.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the logistics process.
- Update shipment and tank movement reports regularly to maintain accurate tracking, inventory, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including procurement and warehousing, to optimize logistics processes and ensure seamless supply chain operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping coordination, logistics, or a similar role, preferably within the industrial or supply chain sectors.
- Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, documentation requirements, and procedures, including customs clearance.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both speaking and writing) is advantageous for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking associates, suppliers, and carriers, but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and highly motivated, with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- A team player with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
