Mep Bim Modeller

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP models align with project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct clash detection, resolve conflicts, and update models to maintain design accuracy and integrity.
- Generate and present 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed views based on BIM models for project submissions.
- Support project teams by coordinating and integrating MEP models with architectural and structural designs.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of technical documentation and reports.

**Minimum Requirements**
- **Education**: Diploma, degree, or relevant certification in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeller, specifically with MEP systems, in the construction or engineering industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in BIM software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks. Experience with Dynamo scripting for Revit is a plus.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with Singapore’s MEP standards and building codes.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
