**What the role is**
- You will be part of a HR team that aims to promote a data-driven HR decision making and provide insights that shape and track the effectiveness of HR strategies. You will also implement the performance management framework to ensure a fair and rigorous performance assessment process.

**What you will be working on**
- HR Analytics
1. Develop regular reporting and dashboards to surface issues through analysis of HR data
2. Equip HR teams and Divisions to use data and analytics when making HR decisions and to influence strategic and operational plans.
3. Champion use of data across HR teams
4. Analyse and provide recommendations on salary scheme review proposals
Performance Management
1. Plan and prepare for annual Ranking and Promotion exercise
2. Provide advice to departments on appraisal, ranking and performance management matters.

**What we are looking for**
- 1. Background in Human Resource, Business or other relevant disciplines
2. Strong in analytical and data processing skills. Familiarity with the use of data visualisation and statistical software such R, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel Macros etc would be an added advantage
3. Meticulous, able to multi-task and deliver quality work within tight timelines

5. Excellent oral and written communications skills
6. Excellent interpersonal skills
7. Able to work well independently and as part of a team
