As the **Manager (HR Systems and Analytics) **, you will drive the implementation of our new HRIS, ongoing management of existing HRIS and related HR Systems, and partner with stakeholders (including vendors) to deliver solutions, and analytics to achieve our business goals.

**The responsibilities of this role are**:
**New HRIS Implementation**
- Project manage and facilitate end-to-end project activities including but not limited to collating and analyzing business requirements, providing recommendations with due consideration for impact on related systems, process and integrations, systems prototype, data migration, testing, training, change management, go-live and post-production support
- Play a key role in the planning and implementation of the new HRIS, including the establishing and executing of the project management plan from tender, approval, implementation to post go-live
- Facilitate the migration activities to the new HRIS
- Document scope changes and implement them after approval by key stakeholders in a consistent and structural manner
- Anticipate changes and risks with acceptable impact on project within agreed timeline

**Existing HRIS Management**
- Plan, direct and coordinate all HR systems activities, including prioritization of change requests and enhancements, that are in alignment with HR processes, and across the employee life cycle
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to HR staff
- Manage permissions, access and related settings for HR users.
- Work with Data Governance Representative to ensure system compliance with data security, privacy and protection requirements
- Support systems’ audits requirements
- Collaborate with IT to perform systems’ enhancement and maintenance, as applicable
- Address system-related queries where applicable

**HR Analytics**
- Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data
- Support HR staff for complex report generation
- Drive the use of dashboards by HR users for data-driven decision making and analytics
- Degree from a recognized university with at least **5 years’ experience in SAP HCM ECC 6.0**:

- Prior experience in **HRIS implementation (SAP SuccessFactors) **is a must
- Prior experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience in the business analysis, design, development and/or support is an advantage
- Good understanding of key HR processes
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to effectively communicate, present and discuss analysis to effectively drive fact-based decision making across all levels of the organization
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a plus
