Major responsibilities include working with team members to assist in day-to-day activities of the department. Assisting in coordination and preparation of reports, training manuals, and programs. HSE team Support: - Support a variety of tasks, work packages and projects as outlined and assigned by the QHSE Manager. - Research and information/data collection. - Research Singapore trends and activities in HSE. - Day to day tasks as assigned. - Support Offshore rigs by working on the rig under the supervision and mentorship of the Safety and Training Officer ("STO") of that rig. This will generally consist of a 28 day rotation. Communication and reporting: - Contribute to maintenance and updating of the HSE intranet site - Assist with KPI monitoring, collection, management and reporting. - Assist during audit preparation - While offshore, report directly to the Rig STO and the Offshore Installation Manager ("OIM") with notification to the QHSE Manager. Coordination of HSE operations: - Assist with maintenance, update and support of all relevant guidance and documentation. - Support compilation of best practices in HSE - Assist with providing timely advice on HSE issues - Assist with HSE training support and preparation of workshops - Assist in the development and delivery of HSE training.
