At R/GA we design businesses and brands for a more human future. Here in Singapore, we're looking for an Associate Director of Marketing Communications to help shape and support our local strategy.

In this role you'll be responsible for building our profile and helping to position and promote our award winning design and innovation studio in market.

You'll work closely with the Singapore leadership team to develop and advance both internal and external marketing communication efforts. This includes pursuing proactive and reactive press opportunities, creating compelling social media content, leading event outreach, and helping with the coordination, writing and production of all relevant materials.

In collaboration with our global brand marketing team, you'll also be involved in the production of thought leadership pieces, case studies, RFPs, presentation decks and awards entries.

The role suits a dynamic, entrepreneurial thinker keen to play a key role in driving brand awareness and maximising business impact for one of the most diverse and fastest growing offices within the R/GA network.

**Responsibilities**
- Leverage global marketing and communication strategies to build awareness in market
- Partner with strategy teams to develop key messaging to be dispersed across channels by studio executives
- Prepare all written press materials
- Build upon existing network of relationships with industry, vertical, and mainstream media
- Develop and maintain in advance a calendar of industry awards and events
- Organise, promote, and represent the studio at events in partnership with business development and executive leadership team
- Propose and draft thought leadership editorial and presentations with executive leads
- Produce content for internal, external and R/GA channels
- Oversee media monitoring and tracking
- Regularly update R/GA's website with news, events, and press announcements
- Draft recap reports on marketing and communications activity

**The ideal person**
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years experience in Public Relations or Marketing or Brand Consulting
- Background in Journalism / Media is a bonus
- Ablility to work independently and professionally as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to deal with shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communications skills - must be a solid writer and presenter
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite
