**What the role is**

Senior Executive (Admin and Technology)

**What you will be working on**

The successful appointee will be expected to assist in managing the department’s
administration of finance, procurement, technology and customer-service-related work
areas. This includes working with relevant partners and stakeholders, reviewing
processes and creating innovative solutions for streamlining and digitalization.
- Manage a range of departmental administrative functions including the CCA record

(SEAL) system, procurement processes and customer-service-related duties.
- Manage finances for the department and student clubs.
- Manage EZ-Link card administration, including liaising with internal and external

stakeholders.
- Lead, review and organise departmental documentation, audit and quality control

processes.
- Lead selected digitalization initiatives such as RPA, data analytics and IT projects.
- Assist in various department/campus-wide events, activities and projects.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary education with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in institutions of

higher learning.
- Meticulous and systematic in administering systems and finance.
- Passionate about youth work and be customer service oriented.
- Prior experience in developing RPA and data analytics projects and managing IT

projects would be an advantage.
- Good communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, organisational and

administrative skills.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office and online tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau and/or UiPath would be an advantage.
- Willing to work beyond office hours when required.
