**The Employer**

The employer is the Singapore office of a global not-for-profit organization which runs several programs and initiatives in the field of sustainability, conservation and related issues. It has a highly qualified, motivated and deeply passionate team of about 100 members comprising of both local and expat professionals. In addition, it engages interns as well as volunteers from student communities and general public. It is looking for a senior corporate HR professional, ideally with a passion for conservation and environment, to provide leadership to the HR function:

**Responsibilities
He/She will lead a lean team, work closely with the CEO and other senior management team members, and interact with Board members on policy and HR strategy issues.

The organization is committed to further strengthening an inclusive culture where all members work as a cohesive team to achieve organizational outcomes. He/She will interface regularly with HR teams in the global network and ensure that global policies and processes are duly adapted and rolled out in Singapore.

In addition to acting as an HR Business Partner to the CEO, he/she will oversee HR Operations as well as overall administration and facility management functions.

**Requirements**:

- International work experience will be advantageous
- Some prior experience of working in not-for-profit organizations will be preferred
- Generalist HR background with at least 12 years of experience in Human Resources management. 3-4 years in HR leadership role at Director/VP level preferred.
- Strategic HR management skills covering planning and policy, HR business partnering, talent management, selection, compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, cultural change, employee relations and performance management
- Strong people skills. Ability to lead and motivate a lean team.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on knowledge of local labour laws and regulations; and legal, ethical and compliance frameworks
- Exposure to budgetary and monitoring processes.
- Experience of working in multi-ethnic work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous. Process-oriented.
