DESIGNATION : Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (6-month contract), School of Accountancy RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide key operational and logístical support in the organisation of the MIT Asia Conference. This includes (I) setting up of event venue and facilities, (II) catering, (III) printing, (IV) scanning, (V) photocopying, (VI) corresponding with conference participants. - Provide general administrative and operational support in UG student recruitment and admissions. This includes (I) detailed organizing of Open House, (II) info sessions, (Ill) school outreach, (IV) scholars tea sessions, (V) organising student applicant interviews, (VI) extracting data for decision making. - Provide general administrative, operational, and logístical support to SOA. This includes (I) handling research grant paperwork, (II) open house, (III) outreach events, (IV) data entry. - Provide support in SOA projects QUALIFICATIONS - Degree, Diploma or "A" level with some years of relevant work experience. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Possess good problem-solving and computer literacy skills. - Self-motivated, meticulous, independent, and result-oriented. - Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
