We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Senior Facilities Executive**to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all **Facilities Management services** are delivered efficiently and in compliance with contractual standards across school premises.

As the **main point of contact between the Managing Agent and the school**, you will work closely with stakeholders to maintain, improve, and enhance school facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the **frontline representative** for all school-related facilities management matters
- Support and coordinate with the **Technical Executive** in ensuring all maintenance activities are executed according to contract standards
- Assist schools in **planning, scheduling, and programming** of regular maintenance visits and services
- Collaborate with the **Project Manager and project teams** to implement **Infrastructure Improvement Works**:

- Monitor service quality and ensure timely follow-up on any reported issues or defects
- Maintain strong communication with school users and ensure mínimal disruption to school operations

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
- Prior experience in facilities management, preferably in an **educational or public sector setting**:

- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
