As Media Executive, you are a technically savvy with audio-visual. You will be part of a new dynamic Media and Communications Ministry (MCM) overseeing all aspects of church audio-visual operations.

The primary focus is overseeing weekly Sunday onsite worship services and livestream. A secondary focus is to work with the Media and Communications Ministry for content creation.

Our vision is to develop KKMC’s Media and Communications Ministry to:
1. Enable the sharing of God’s Word

2. Show God’s love and work in our lives

3. Amplify the outreach of our ministries doing God’s work

MCM uses new and innovative ways to reach out to the various segments of our audience both inside and outside the church.

1. Responsible for technical production (video and audio):
1.1. Weekly worship services, both onsite and livestream

1.2. Other services/church meetings

2. Maintain and upkeep of all audio-visual and video equipment to ensure it is always in good working condition

3. Manage software (e.g. ProPresenter, CCLI etc.) and its platforms for all worship service needs

4. Roster and manage livestream/onsite laity volunteer teams

5. Train laity volunteers so as to encourage increased participation

6. Provide inputs to budget planning for lighting, audio and video.

7. Any other duties as assigned by the Pastor-in-Charge

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any one of the following fields - music, film, sound & video or communications.
- Proficient in audio-visual
- Good command of spoken and written English is essential
- Must be able to work on Sundays and on major Church calendar events e.g. Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in video and/or sound production.
- Strong organisational, communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player, responsible and dependable.
- Video and audio post-production capabilities would be a great asset.
